 As we begin another year,  the Steel Family Health Care staff would like to say “thank you” for allowing us to be your partner in health care.  You have many choices when it comes to where you receive health care services and we are appreciative that you have chosen us.

The physicians at the SFHCC are committed to providing the highest quality care to their patients.  They manage chronic diseases as well as treat acute conditions.  We believe that we are the premier, employer sponsored health care center in Porter County.

We provide services that no other primary care physician can offer.  All ancillary services (lab, x-ray, mammography) are included in your co-pay.  The health care center offers work, sports, school and college physicals. We have an on site pharmacy, so you are able to fill your prescriptions without leaving the facility.  Our wellness coordinator does one on one counseling  and education with patients to improve their ability to manage their conditions.  We offer wellness programs throughout the year at no cost to the patient.   Please refer to the updates on the website and your wellness mailer to see what wellness events are upcoming.   Family members are always welcome to attend any of our wellness programs.    We are truly a “one stop shop”.
